Quality measurement of a Triple beam balance
The Triple beam balance is so named because it has three horizontal bars with scales. The Triple beam balance has three sets of riding yards but no weights. First use the riding scale with the largest scale, and then adjust the riding scale with the smaller scale if the pointer does not return to zero. A three-beam balance has three horizontal bars, each of which has weights of different masses placed on it. By moving the position of the weights, the resistance to the opposite side of the object can be adjusted with the fulcrum of the balance as the center. The object to be tested is placed in the weighing paper or the weighing pan and then placed on the weighing pan of the balance.
Triple beam balance measurement (weighing): lock the fixed lock, and place the object to be measured in the center of the object pan. If the object will corrode the weighing pan, use a suitable container or paper to cover it. Estimate the mass (weight) of the object, move the weight on the corresponding scale of the estimated mass, open the fixed lock, determine whether the mass of the object is greater or less than the estimated mass by the balance position of the pointer, change or move the weights on the three horizontal bars The position of the yard until the crossbar is balanced and the pointer is just at the zero scale. And from the position of the weight on the three horizontal bars, the mass value of the object is read.
