Two installation and maintenance methods of quality ph meter digital
The quality ph meter digital can be installed in two ways: flow-through and immersion.
Sewage treatment plants are generally submerged installations. For example, the quality ph meter digital of the sewage treatment plant is installed in the outlet overflow tank of the grit chamber. The pH value here is representative and the water flow is stable, which will not cause a big impact on the quality ph meter digital. Regular maintenance contributes to the accurate measurement of the instrument and prolongs its life. It should be noted that the special cable between the sensor and the transmitter cannot be wet, otherwise the high resistance and low voltage signal of the electrode cannot be transmitted to the transmitter.
If you do not measure the electrode, put a yellow protective cover on it to keep the electrode wet and help prolong the life of the electrode. About every other month, the electrodes are cleaned. First spray the accessory with warm water, then soak the electrode in the cleaning solution for a period of time before rinsing with clean water.
The quality ph meter digital sensor holder should also be cleaned. After each cleaning, a buffer solution should be used for calibration. Generally, manufacturers provide two bottles of standard solution, one of which has a pH value of 7, which is used to calibrate the zero point of the instrument. A bottle with a pH equal to 4 is used to calibrate the instrument's signal output slope.
