Reasons why Triple beam balance need frequent calibration
Do not place counterweights on the side platform under the air conditioner. A Triple beam balance that has been moved must be calibrated and checked for measurement performance before it can be used.
Weighing hygroscopicity. For volatile materials, use the weighing bottle cap to quickly weigh them. Be careful not to splash the weighed materials (other materials) on the bottom plate of the weighing plate. The material is removed from the Triple beam balance and the weighing chamber is kept clean.
For the same experiment, parallel weighing should be performed on the same day due to weighing errors.

To prevent overloading, note that the object to be weighed should be balanced within a large load range. Most Triple beam balance have protective devices, and overloading may damage the balance!
Do not place a desiccant in the weighing chamber, because the water absorption and discharge of the desiccant form different airflow directions, resulting in changes in air buoyancy, resulting in unstable weighing of the Triple beam balance.
